About GroupVoy

Trips work better when everyone moves together

GroupVoy is named for the drum: it only makes music when many hands beat together. We built it for the person who organizes the trip, whether that is a parent planning a family vacation, a coach taking a team to a tournament, a student leader booking a conference, or an office manager running a company offsite.

What GroupVoy does

• Builds a day-by-day itinerary from a one-sentence description.
• Works out rooms, vans or buses, and cost per person for groups of any size.
• Links to hotels, group room blocks, rental cars, airport rides, flights and activities from established booking sites.
• Sends the plan to everyone on WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE or as a PDF.

How we make money

GroupVoy is free to use. When you book through some of our links, the booking site may pay us a commission. Your price stays the same. We also show clearly labeled sponsored placements from travel-related businesses.
