Privacy at GroupVoy

What we collect

When you build a trip plan, the details you type (destination, dates, number of travelers, preferences) are sent to our planning service to generate the itinerary. We do not ask for your name, payment details or account information to use the planner.

Your most recent plan is saved in your own browser so it is there when you come back. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.

Booking partners and cookies

When you click a link to a booking site, that site and our affiliate partners may use cookies to record that you came from GroupVoy, so we can be paid a commission. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.

Analytics and advertising

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and, in the future, display advertising. If we add advertising that uses cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Trip details you choose to share on WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE or other apps are handled by those apps.

Children

GroupVoy is intended for trip organizers who are adults. School and youth trips should be planned by a coach, teacher, parent or other adult organizer.
